- To Process incoming purchase orders
- Track current shipments and follow up with suppliers and shipping companies to ensure on-time deliveries
- Review and address any discrepancies in Letters of Credit
- records of all current and upcoming shipments
- Communicate with the product and export management teams to ensure orders are processed in accordance with their specifications and timelines.
- maintain relationships with shipping companies, addressing service issues
- Follow up with banks to ensure the timely processing of Letters of Credit
