Job Title: IMS Specialist

Location: Abu Dhabi
Job Type: Full-time

Preferred: Immediate joiners & candidates available for face-to-face interviews.

Job Summary

Responsible for developing, implementing, certifying, and maintaining the Integrated Management System (IMS) in line with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards. Supports continuous improvement, ensures compliance, and coordinates IMS activities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage IMS policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Lead IMS implementation and ensure certification through third-party audits.
  • Plan and conduct internal audits and supplier audits.
  • Monitor IMS performance, analyze data, and prepare reports.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards and organizational requirements.
  • Support departments with IMS training, guidance, and corrective actions.
  • Oversee document control, customer feedback, and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years’ experience in FM or large-scale industries; 5 years in IMS management.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and IMS best practices.
  • Bachelor’s in Engineering or Master’s in Quality Management.
  • IMS Lead Auditor certified (ISO 9001/14001/45001).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • English required; Arabic preferred.
