In-bound Sales Agent

Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and results-driven Inbound Sales Agent to handle incoming calls and inquiries from potential customers. The ideal candidate will convert inbound leads into sales by understanding customer needs, presenting our products/services effectively, and delivering an excellent customer experience. Strong English communication with a UK or US accent is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails from interested customers
• Convert inbound inquiries into successful sales
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
• Follow up with potential customers to close deals
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and professional communication

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken English with a UK or US accent (mandatory)
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and communication skills
• Proven sales ability or customer service experience (preferred)
• Ability to work under targets and pressure
• Basic computer skills (CRM, MS Office)
• Prior experience in inbound sales or call center is a plus
