In-charge Paeds Ward

Urgently Looking for In-charge Paeds Ward for Al Mustafa Hospital in Morning Shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily operations of the Paediatric Ward.
• Ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate patient care.
• Monitor nursing staff performance, attendance, and duty rosters.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, infection control protocols, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, medical officers, and allied healthcare professionals.
• Manage ward inventory, medical supplies, and equipment requirements.
• Ensure accurate patient documentation and reporting.
• Handle patient and attendant concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff to enhance clinical performance.

Requirements:

• Qualifications: BSN/Post RN (valid PNC required).
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a Paediatric Ward, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Shift Timings: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Sound knowledge of paediatric nursing practices and hospital protocols.
