Duties

• Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and dignity.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to foster social engagement and reduce feelings of isolation.
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences.
• Manage medication reminders and ensure adherence to prescribed treatment plans.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks including laundry, cleaning, and organizing to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.
• Monitor clients’ health status, report any changes or concerns promptly to healthcare professionals or family members.
• Support clients during outings or appointments, ensuring safety and comfort throughout activities outside the home.
• Follow care plans meticulously while adapting to the evolving needs of each individual.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and any incidents or observations during shifts.
• Experience
• Candidates should have a genuine passion for caregiving combined with relevant experience that demonstrates their ability to provide high-quality in-home support. Prior experience in roles such as personal care aide or home aide is highly valued.. Experience working with clients who have complex health requirements or mobility challenges is advantageous..
