Bridgewater Senior Home Care is seeking highly skilled, dependable, caring and compassionate caregivers for our clients in the greater Cleveland area and suburbs. Part-time and full-time positions are available with varying shifts. Flexible part-time and full-time schedules allow for balance in your work and home life. Prior care giving experience is a plus! . STNA – Caregiver/Home Care Aide Job Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• At least one year professional experience as a caregiver in home or facility setting
• Open availability (be able to work various shifts, nights or weekends)
• Team player who values friends and family
• Must be able to pass a national background check
• Must possess a current State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) License
• Previous Dementia experience preferred
• Must be able to lift, pull, push and move a minimum of 50 pounds and have knowledge of transfers, lifts and Hoyer use.
• Knowledge of STNA and activities practices, as well as laws, regulations and guidelines that pertain to long term care a plus
• Must be able to assist in planning, organizing and conducting a variety of activities
• Must be able to tactfully deal with team members, family members, residents, visitors, government agencies and the general public
• Must have a good performance and attendance record in the last 12 months.

Caregiver – Job Requirements:

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
