Job Summary
Concept Care At Home brings a unique dynamic to home care. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide essential support and care to individuals in their own homes. The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, and reliable.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care services including bathing, grooming, and dressing assistance.
Assist clients with mobility and transfers to ensure safety and comfort.
Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote mental and emotional well-being.
Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
Prepare meals and snacks
Light housekeeping activities
Provide companionship
Assist with errands and shopping

Skills

Caregiving experience, and experience working with older adults preferred
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
Excellent communication skills to interact compassionately with clients and families.
Ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, and respect towards all clients.
