<Duties>

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support to promote independence and dignity.
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences.
• Provide light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and organizing to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
• Offer companionship through engaging conversations, recreational activities, and emotional support to enhance mental well-being.
• Monitor clients’ health status by observing changes in condition and reporting any concerns promptly to healthcare professionals or family members.
• Support medication reminders and assist with basic health monitoring tasks as directed by healthcare providers.
• Maintain detailed documentation of care provided, client progress, and any incidents to ensure continuity of care.

<Requirements>

• Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating with healthcare teams in teaching hospitals or outpatient settings.
• Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to improve clients’ quality of life.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing needs and provide flexible support tailored to each individual’s circumstances.
