In Home Caregiver

Heart 2 Heart Home Care is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide in-home support to seniors and individuals who need assistance with daily living activities. Our mission is to provide care from the heart—helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes while delivering respectful, high-quality support.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying up)
• Provide medication reminders when required
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and walking support
• Accompany clients to appointments or errands if needed
• Observe and report changes in client condition to supervisor
• Follow individualized care plans

Requirements

• Previous caregiving experience preferred (not required for all positions)
• CNA, HHA, or PCA certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and care plans
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Must pass background check
• Authorized to work in the United States

Schedule

• Part-time and full-time positions available
• Flexible shifts: days, evenings, weekends, and overnights
