Job Summary:

Home Matters Caregiving Gold Coast is seeking compassionate and reliable caregivers to provide in-home care services to seniors in Stamford and Norwalk, CT. As an In-Home Caregiver for Home Matters Caregiving, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of your clients while working flexible shifts, including day, evening, overnight, and 4–12 hour cases.

** RESPONSIBILITIES:**

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Support clients with dementia or memory care needs

• Meal preparation and feeding assistance

• Light housekeeping and maintaining a safe environment

• Monitor and report changes in condition

• Assist with transfers (Hoyer lift experience a plus)

REQUIREMENTS:

• 6+ months professional caregiving experience

• Ability to pass a background check

• Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly

• PCA/HHA/CNA preferred (not required)

• CPR/First Aid preferred (or willingness to obtain)

• Compassionate, dependable, and professional
