Senior Helpers of Waxhaw & Monroe maintains a commitment to excellence through selective hiring. We are seeking highly qualified caregivers—including HHAs, PCAs, and CNAs—to support seniors throughout Union, Cabarrus, Stanly, and Rowan counties.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility)

Provide companionship and emotional support

Participate in client preferred activities (e.g., gardening, games, crafts)

Prepare meals and support light household tasks

Monitor and document changes in clients’ physical or cognitive condition

Maintain a safe, clean environment

Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals

Follow individualized care plans and company policies
Qualifications

Previous caregiving or healthcare experience required

Compassionate, patient, and dependable

Reliable transportation to client homes

Must pass background and Drug screenings
