In-Home Childcare Provider

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Are you someone who is looking for a part-time or

full-time job taking children to fun activities? Community Horizons is

looking for a childcare provider for a family based in the Appleton

area. In this position, the childcare provider will be helping this

family with their two children who have special needs and higher support

needs. This position is very flexible and involves taking these children

to fun activities after school. Location: - Appleton, Wi Available

Shift: - Hours could range from 20 to 40 hours a week (Flexible shift,

as-needed weekend care) - Evenings/afterschool care - Family is looking

for the shift to go from 5:00 PM 8:00 PM Wage: - \$17.97/Hour Activities

and Care tasks: Talk with parents about what the plan would be for the

day Hangout and take the children to fun activities Assist with blood

sugars Providing safety and supervision Offer emotional support when

needed Making healthy snacks Transportation to fun activities

Requirements The Family Is Looking For: Valid Driver\'s Licenses and

reliable vehicle. 17-year-olds are welcome to apply!! Able to pass a

Wisconsin Background Check Experience With Children (Preferred) Someone

who is Mature Dependable Experience with children with special needs
