In-Home Childcare Provider

Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In-Home Childcare Provider to support families by providing attentive, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate care for children of various ages. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and experience working with children, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. This role involves creating a safe, engaging environment that promotes childhood development and learning while fostering positive behavior and social skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive care to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and physical development.
• Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and hygiene practices.
• Manage behavior using positive reinforcement techniques and effective behavior management strategies
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress, needs, and any concerns
• Maintain a clean and organized environment conducive to children's safety and comfort
• Follow all health and safety guidelines, including first aid procedures when necessary
• Encourage social interaction and emotional development through play and educational activities

Experience

• Prior experience in childcare, babysitting, nannying, or working in daycare or preschool settings
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices
• Experience caring for infants, toddler.
• Certification in first aid.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with children of diverse backgrounds and abilities

Pay: $625.00 - $650.00 per week
