In-Home Childcare Provider

Job Summary
I’m a dedicated in-home daycare owner looking for a dependable, warm, and trustworthy Childcare Assistant to create a safe, loving, and fun environment for little ones while I am away.

This role is perfect for someone who truly loves working with children and can step in to confidently help conduct care routines and maintain the schedule. You’ll often be the only provider present, responsible for supervising, engaging, and caring for the children during certain hours — so being reliable, confident, and comfortable managing the group on your own is very important.

What I’m Looking For

I’m looking for someone who’s naturally responsible, patient, organized, and comfortable caring for 6-7 children on certain days

The right fit is:

Reliable and punctual (some mornings start early!)

Calm under pressure and communicates clearly

Flexible with scheduling — some weeks are lighter, others busier

Comfortable handling daily routines, light cleaning, and helping with meals/snacks

Capable of independently running care routines and maintaining order when I’m away

Positive, trustworthy, and enjoys a family-style environment

Schedule:

Mondays/Fridays

Start time Is 6:00AM, with full day/ half-day shifts and days when extra help is needed.

This role is great for someone who enjoys flexible hours and a peaceful, home setting.

Responsibilities:

Assist with daily routines (meals, naps, playtime, diaper changes, etc.)

Help maintain a safe, clean, and engaging environment

Lead and monitor activities with children during the day

Independently supervise and provide care whIke I am away

Communicate clearly and professionally

Help with organizing, sanitizing, and light cleaning tasks

Preferred Experience:

Experience working with infants/toddlers

CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Prior childcare, nanny, or daycare experience
