Key Responsibilities
  
- 
   Provide legal advice to the Group and its subsidiaries on corporate, commercial, employment, and regulatory matters.
  
- 
   Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements including shareholder agreements, joint ventures, NDAs, supplier contracts, and service agreements.
  
- 
   Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations in all operating jurisdictions.
  
- 
   Advise on risk management strategies and dispute resolution matters.
  
- 
   Support M&A activities, due diligence processes, and cross-border transactions.
  
- 
   Liaise with external law firms and manage legal budgets efficiently.
  
- 
   Provide legal guidance on corporate governance, company policies, and internal procedures.
  
- 
   Handle matters related to intellectual property, data protection, and confidentiality.
  
- 
   Support HR on employment law issues, disciplinary matters, and internal investigations.
  
- 
   Stay updated on legislative developments and assess their potential impact on the group’s activities.
  
   Requirements & Qualifications
  
- 
   Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); Master’s degree or additional certifications preferred.
  
- 
   Minimum 2-5 years of post-qualification experience in corporate/commercial law, preferably with exposure to multi-sector businesses or holding companies.
  
- 
    KSA Bar Admission
   
   is required.
  
- 
   Experience working in a reputable law firm and/or as in-house counsel within a diversified group or multinational organization.
  
- 
   Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  
- 
   Strong understanding of Middle Eastern laws and regulatory frameworks (knowledge of GCC jurisdictions is an advantage).
  
- 
   Proven ability to draft and review legal documents in both Arabic and English.
  
- 
   Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  
- 
   Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
