Position: In-House Counsel

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Role Description:

As In-House Counsel, you will work closely with the company’s business sales team, HR, finance, and management teams to ensure compliance, manage legal risks, and provide legal support across business operations.

You will be responsible for providing legal guidance and ensuring that all company activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on labor and employment compliance matters.

• Draft, review, and revise contracts and other legal documents.

• Support the business in managing contractual and corporate legal matters.

• Handle legal matters related to contracts, corporate governance, and labor disputes.

• Advise internal stakeholders on legal risks and mitigation strategies.

• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB), Juris Doctor (JD), or Master of Laws (LLM).

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a law firm or as in-house legal counsel in a mid- to large-sized organization.

• Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and employment law.

• Excellent drafting, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.

• Litigation and arbitration experience is a plus.
