About the Role - In House Lawyer (Female candidates only)

We are looking for a young yet experienced in-house lawyer (1–3 years of experience) ready to take on a key role in supporting our business operations in India and participating in international projects. This role offers a variety of tasks — from drafting and reviewing contracts to supporting real estate transactions and corporate changes. Knowledge in International Law is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

· Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial, construction, employment, and other contracts.

· Supporting real estate transactions and construction projects.

• Preparing corporate documents, making changes in the MCA, opening and closing bank accounts, and maintaining corporate records.

· Providing legal support on employment and tax matters.

· Advising on international trade and cross-border contracts.

· Monitoring legislative changes and implementing necessary adjustments to company operations.

· Representing the company before governmental authorities when required.

Requirements

· LL.B / LL.M degree.

· 1–3 years of experience in an in-house legal role.

· Excellent command of English (C1). Knowledge of additional languages is a strong advantage.

· Experience in corporate law, contracts, real estate, and construction projects.

· Ability to work under tight deadlines with high attention to detail and responsibility.

· Reporting to the Head of International Legal Projects (HQ, Moscow) and the CEO (India).

· Willingness to travel occasionally.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹10,594.20 - ₹25,000.30 per month
