In-House Private Label Clothing Developer

Bird Rock Surf Shop is looking for a motivated, positive, people-oriented team member to help support our private label clothing production and in-house graphic design needs. This is a hands-on role in a core local surf shop that values great energy, creativity, and community.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with private label apparel design, development, and production
• Handle miscellaneous graphic design work (tees, hats, signage, web, print, etc.)
• Support social media and website updates as needed
• Provide excellent customer service and help on the retail floor
• Assist with clerical tasks and light shop cleaning / organization
• Collaborate with the Bird Rock team on new ideas and brand projects

What We’re Looking For

• A motivated, positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Great with people — friendly, approachable, and dependable
• Must surf or be deeply familiar with surf culture, styles, and brands
• Comfortable doing a variety of tasks — no job too small
• Advanced graphic design skills (Adobe, Canva, or similar)
• Interest or experience in apparel, product development, or branding is a big plus

Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour
