Creative Video Editor, Animator, and Graphic Designer with 2–4 years of experience producing engaging digital content for social media and marketing campaigns. Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and motion graphics, with strong expertise in food and beverage video editing and color grading. Experienced in creating short-form videos, promotional content, and branded graphics for digital platforms. Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and traveling for on-location shoots.

Responsibilities:

  • Edit and produce engaging videos: short-form Reels/TikToks (food reveals, tandoori grilling, karahi prep), mid-form promos, YouTube content, and ads using in-restaurant footage, drone shots, and client briefs.
  • Create motion graphics, animations, text animations, lower-thirds, and transitions highlighting dishes like chargha, tikka, biryani, and desserts to make them irresistible.
  • Design graphics: social media posts, thumbnails, menu visuals, banners, stories, and branded assets that capture authentic Pakistani food aesthetics (vibrant, warm, appetizing tones).
  • Perform professional color grading to enhance food visuals — making reds/oranges pop, meats look juicy, and dishes premium & fresh.
  • Travel to restaurant locations (15-20% of time) for on-site shooting, capturing live kitchen action, new branch launches, events, and raw footage.
  • Collaborate with marketing team on concepts, storyboards, and campaigns aligned with Tandoori Group's brand voice and seasonal promotions.
  • Use AI video tools where efficient (e.g., quick enhancements, upscaling, or generating supplementary elements).
  • Optimize content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and Google ads — platform-specific formats and trends.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in video editing, animation, and graphic design — mandatory: share your online portfolio (Vimeo, Behance, Instagram, website) with food/restaurant-related examples (Pakistani/F&B work is a big advantage).

Experience:

  • 2–4 years of professional experience in video editing, motion graphics/animation, and graphic design (preferably in marketing, social media content creation, F&B/restaurant/hospitality, or digital agencies).
  • Demonstrated ability to handle end-to-end production of short-form and promotional videos, including on-location shoots and post-production.
  • Prior in-house or agency experience creating content for food brands, restaurants, or lifestyle sectors is highly preferred.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Film/Video Production, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred).
  • Equivalent professional experience or certifications (e.g., Adobe Certified Professional in Premiere Pro/After Effects, or relevant short courses/diplomas in video editing/animation) will be strongly considered if supported by an outstanding portfolio.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with Photoshop/Illustrator for integrated graphic work.
  • Prior work with restaurant/hospitality brands or Pakistani cuisine content.
  • Knowledge of food photography/videography best practices.
  • Expert-level skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Strong experience in food/beverage color grading (making dishes look fresh, hot, and tempting).
  • Hands-on familiarity with AI video generation tools (Runway, Pika, etc.) for workflow efficiency.
  • Comfortable with travel (15-20%) across Pakistan cities for shoots and content creation.
  • Ability to work in-house, fast-paced environment, tight deadlines, and multiple projects.
