Role Overview

As an In-House Videographer & Editor, you will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing high-quality video content for marketing, social media, and internal use. You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing team to create compelling visual content that aligns with our brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit video content for social media, ads, website, and campaigns
• Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment during shoots
• Edit videos using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar
• Add graphics, music, subtitles, and effects to enhance video quality
• Collaborate with marketing team on content ideas and campaigns
• Manage and organize video assets and project files
• Ensure brand consistency across all video content
• Stay up to date with video trends and best practices

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a videographer and/or video editor
• Proficiency in editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro)
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and audio recording
• Creative storytelling skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Portfolio or demo reel required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with motion graphics and animation
• Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
• Basic photography skills

Compensation

• $14 - $18/ hour (base pay, based on experience)
• Performance bonuses and/or project-based incentives available (Additional incentives are offered on top of base compensation.)
