IN OFFICE DISPATCHER/OFFICE ASSISTANT - IMMEDIATE OPENINGS
San Diego based fast growing Security Company has openings for a NIGHT time full time/part time IN Office Assistant/Dispatcher position.

Job Requirements:

• San Diego County Residency
• Fluently Speak, Write and Understand English
• High School or College Diploma
• Good Credit History
• Ability to work 6 PM - 3 AM shift, ANY NIGHT PER WEEK, however applicants with Flexible Hours availability get better consideration
• Self-starter, team player and team motivator personality
• Customer service and peoples skills
• Ability to make a sense of data
• Basic knowledge of computer, Word, Microsoft Excel, Outlook and ability to be trained for specific business software
• Extensive Microsoft Excel experience gets better consideration
• Comply and support Drug Free Work Place Policy

Job Duties:

• Answer every phone call and record them in the daily/nightly log
• Assist and deliver field staff schedule by text, phone and e-mail
• Assist in hiring process of field staff new employees, by administrating new hire and drug tests, new hire paperwork and issuing new hire uniforms
• Keep an accurate count and record of uniform and equipment
• Conduct scheduled uniform inventory, maintenance and small repairs
• Audit officer's daily activity reports log and file them away
• Update parking enforcement logs and email them to the clients
• Assist other office staff members as needed
