In-Person After School Teacher

Tutor Me Education, a leader in primary/secondary education, is seeking a reliable and experienced In-Person After School Teacher/Tutor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing academic support and a safe learning environment to students during after-school hours.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver engaging lesson plans for small groups of students in a variety of subjects
• Manage student behavior and maintain a positive and safe learning environment
• Provide individualized attention and support to students who are struggling academically
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student progress and any concerns
• Keep accurate records of student progress and maintain student records
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Valid teaching certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching in a classroom setting
• Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans
• Strong classroom management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Availability to work after-school hours
