In Process Quality Assurance Officer- Cosmetics

Pay: 2,500.00 (AED)-3,500.00 (AED) per month

Job Description:

· Must have experience in personal care, cosmetics or pharma related experience.

· Monitoring production line and manufacturing areas compliance as per GMP

· Machine Line clearance of Production Area.

· Area Line Clearance of Production area

· Calibration of pH meter and conductivity meter

· DM and RO water analysis

· Checking online defects, weights, appearance and labels and other regulatory needs. Perform AQL.

· Bulk and FG analysis of Cosmetics, personal care products.

· Ensuring personal hygiene inside the factory producing area and employees

· Verification of Dispensed material against approved BOM

· Avoiding Material Mix-ups to one batch to other batch

· To follow BMR, BPR forms and ensure compliance

· Able to Give Batch Approval, verify various Documents.

· Follow QMS and ensure proper documentation as per GPD.

· Ensuring safety being followed for hazardous material handling

· Implementation of 5S / Documentation.
