As an In Room Dining Agent, you will be the point of contact for our guests in-room dining needs, delivering prompt and sophisticated service with utmost discretion and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take guest orders with elegance and clarity, offering personalized recommendations.

• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely, accurate delivery.

• Set up in-room dining presentations that reflect luxury standards.

• Handle billing, tray collection, and post-service follow-ups efficiently.

• Maintain service logs and report guest feedback for improvement.

• Support room service during VIP and special guest stays.

Requirements:

• Experience in luxury in-room dining or call center service preferred.

• Excellent telephone etiquette and command of English.

• Impeccable attention to detail and presentation.

• Discreet and respectful of guest privacy and comfort.

• Strong coordination and communication skills.
