Position Overview
voco Hotels Dubai is seeking an experienced In-Room Dining and Banquet Supervisor to oversee the smooth operation of both in-room dining services and banquet events. This role is responsible for delivering outstanding guest experiences, maintaining service standards, and leading teams to achieve operational excellence in a luxury hotel environment.

Core Duties

* Lead and supervise the daily operations of in-room dining, ensuring timely and efficient service
* Coordinate with kitchen staff to guarantee accurate and high-quality food preparation and delivery
* Supervise banquet setup, execution, and breakdown while ensuring all event requirements are met
* Work with event organizers and F&B teams to ensure seamless service during functions
* Maintain high standards of food presentation, cleanliness, and hygiene in all service areas
* Handle guest requests and complaints professionally, ensuring high satisfaction levels
* Monitor and manage inventory, stock levels, and cost control for both departments
* Train, mentor, and schedule staff to meet service demands, especially during peak periods
* Collaborate with other hotel departments to deliver cohesive and efficient service

Candidate Requirements

* Supervisory experience in in-room dining, banqueting, or general F&B operations within a luxury hotel
* Proven ability to lead teams and maintain service excellence
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospitality environment
