What You Will Do

  • Deliver in-room dining orders promptly and accurately, ensuring food quality, presentation, and service meet Four Seasons standards.

  • Greet guests warmly, describe menu items with engaging details about ingredients, preparation, and flavor profiles.

  • Ensure trays and dishware are cleared in a timely manner, maintaining cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

  • Set up, clean, and restock room service tables, condiments, dishware, and side stations. Deliver in-room amenities as part of the hotel’s service program.

  • Anticipate guest needs, offer thoughtful suggestions, and respond quickly and professionally to requests or concerns.

  • Accurately close guest checks, ensuring room numbers, signatures, and settlements are properly processed.

  • Maintain full compliance with Four Seasons’ standards of conduct and work harmoniously with colleagues and supervisors.

  • Assist in plating and preparing small food items, as well as servicing private bars when required.

  • Support setup and maintenance of public space F&B stations (e.g., morning coffee service, special occasions, or guest arrivals).

  • Occasionally deliver take-away orders to guest rooms or residential units.

  • Answer in-room dining calls with warmth and professionalism, vividly describing menu selections and recording detailed guest requests. Coordinate orders with the kitchen and ensure timely delivery of meals and amenities.

  • Proactively upsell additional items and services to enhance guest experiences and maximize revenue.

  • Maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and promotions to confidently share with guests.

  • Utilize HotSOS devices effectively to manage and respond to service requests promptly.

  • Coordinate closely with Housekeeping to ensure seamless delivery of in-room dining and guest amenities.

  • Provide personalized butler-style service when required, in accordance with established procedures.

  • Demonstrate flexibility with scheduling, including participation in rotational overnight shifts.

What You Bring

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Food & Beverage or In-Room Dining within a luxury hotel or fine dining environment.

  • Strong command of spoken and written English; additional languages are an asset.

  • A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished, professional presence.

  • Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • High level of attention to detail and commitment to maintaining service excellence.

  • Team-player mindset with a positive attitude and flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overnight rotations.

  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards, menu descriptions, and guest service etiquette.
