Game Attendant / Customer service Associate

A customer service associate / Game Attendant is responsible for managing and

overseeing the operations of his area of responsibility. Some of the typical duties and

responsibilities of a game Attendant includes:

1. Operating and monitoring various games and attractions to ensure they are

running smoothly.

2. Providing assistance to guests by explaining game rules and procedures.

3. Handling cash transactions if required.

4. Ensuring the safety of guests by enforcing rules and guidelines for each game or

attraction.

5. Conduct daily routine checks on all equipment and attractions to prevent

malfunctions and ensure readiness before and during operations.

6. Keeping track of inventory, supplies, and equipment.

7. Reporting any maintenance or safety concerns to management.

8. Active & interacting with guests in a friendly and helpful manner to enhance their

experience.

9. Apply & implement instructions shared by the management.

10. Solve customer problems.

11. Maintain area of responsibility clean and tidy all the time.

12. Collaborating with other team members to coordinate activities and ensure a

positive guest experience.

Overall, providing a fun and safe environment for guests to enjoy various games and

attractions with excellent customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: KD220.000 - KD275.000 per month
