What You’ll Do

Deliver food, beverages, and amenities to guest rooms with professionalism and efficiency
Ensure all orders are complete, accurate, and presented to Hyatt brand standards
Provide menu guidance, take in‑room dining orders, and communicate special requests
Set up in‑room dining tables or tray service to enhance the guest experience
Retrieve used trays and carts promptly to maintain a clean hotel environment
Assist with prep work, polishing items, stocking supplies, and maintaining work areas
Handle guest concerns with courtesy, urgency, and effective problem‑solving
Collaborate with culinary, stewarding, and front‑of‑house teams to support smooth operations
