In-Shop Staff Member

This Jimmy John's is a locally owned franchised sandwich shop in Boise, ID. We open our store at 10:30 AM and close the doors at 9:00 PM. We are currently hiring in-shop employees! Open availability is preferred. Management positions open up from time to time and we prefer to promote from the inside.

In-shop job description:

In-shoppers are responsible for customer service, making orders, cleaning and restocking tasks, morning prep, closing tasks, and various other tasks as needed. Customer service includes operating the register, taking orders over the phone, and running the drive-thru.

In-shop pay scale is as follows:

Tier 1: $12.00 - starting
Tier 2: $13.00 - after menu memorization (usually takes 2-4 weeks)
Tier 3: $14.00
Tier 4: $14.50
Tier 5: $15.50

Tiers 3-5 can be accomplished by becoming proficient at certain tasks. A talented and highly motivated individual could reach tier 5 in about a year. In-shop workers also earn tips. Tips are added to your hourly pay on your check. Tips average between an extra $3-4 per hour on average. Free food included with each shift.
