In-Store Brand Ambassador (Female)

We arelooking for a confident, energetic, and customer-focused Brand Ambassador (BA) to join our outlet team. If you enjoy interacting with customers, promoting products, and presenting creatively, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with walk-in customers and ensure a pleasant shopping experience
• Promote Bake house Product and ongoing offers
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain attractive product displays and counter cleanliness
• Support product sampling and promotional activities
• Gather customer feedback and share insights with management
• Coordinate with team members for smooth outlet operations
• Participate in promotional videos, live sessions, and event activities

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Prior experience in retail sales, bakery, café, or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven with a professional and positive attitude
• Candidates with baking knowledge or hands-on baking experience will be given preference
• Camera-confident personality with the ability to present products in a unique and creative way, including event and promotional presentations
• Team player with good coordination skills
