We are looking for a highly driven and execution-focused In-Store Excellence Supervisor to ensure flawless in-store execution across all retail channels in KSA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and monitor Perfect Store standards across all retail channels

• Ensure visual merchandising excellence and brand compliance

• Conduct regular in-store audits and track execution gaps

• Coordinate in-store asset deployment and ensure correct placement & SOP compliance

• Support seasonal campaigns, product launches, and activations

• Maintain planograms using Nielsen Spaceman

• Provide accurate tracking and execution reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field

• 2–4 years of experience in FMCG (in-store execution / merchandising / sales support)

• Strong coordination and follow-up skills

• Detail-oriented and execution-driven mindset

• Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint

• Experience with Nielsen Spaceman or retail audit tools is a plus

• Fluency in English & Arabic
