Coca-Cola HBC is looking for an In-Store Asset Lead who will be working closely with Channel Marketing & Portfolio teams to drive E2E in-store execution. Driving assets production & stock management as well as working closely with procurement to identify the selected supplier & managing production & delivery lead times. The instore assets lead will also be overseeing the marketing designer role, handling KV adaptations for shopper support & driving creative execution & disruptive POP solutions.
ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Procurement & Supplier Management
Understanding technical specifications of each job item

Supplier selection & negotiation process in collaboration with procurement

Driving agency and procurement briefing
-
Ensuring compliance with procurement & finance process
-
Creation of preferred suppliers with procurement covering 70%+ of all marketing projects

Ensure Rate card process finalization when applicable
-
Production & Assets Management
Sample approvals & final supplier selection based on quality & cost

Field visits for assets quality inspection across channels
-
Final production approval before POSM delivery to depots & warehouses
-
Warehouse stock count and understanding to drive final recommendation on unused POSM

Conduct random checks on POSM materials in Warehouse & depots (sales offices)

Design & Innovation
Oversee graphic designer role to ensure OTIF delivery of all POSM adaptations & in-store assets

Drive innovative and disruptive solutions for POSM execution, with a focus on TT

Aligning with sales and channel marketing teams on proposed POSM solutions
ARE THESE YOUR SECERET INGRIDENTS

University Degree, preferably in business or design related studies
-
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in marketing &/or design (Agency experience preferred)

Experience in POP & in-store assets design & production
-
Previous experience in Trade marketing & POP production & design
-
Previous experience in developing shopper plans.

Proactivity and ability to achieve results within set time frames.

Results orientation, previous experience in working on important projects.
