In Store, Online Ecommerce Operations Manager

Overview:
The Kit Vintage, a vibrant Vintage Luxury Clothing & Accessories retail store in Los Angeles, is seeking a passionate and organized In Store , Online Ecommerce Operations Manager. This key team member will oversee and execute all online and in-store ecommerce activities to elevate our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive sales across multiple platforms. Responsibilities:

• Photograph clothing on a ghost mannequin for online listings.
• Upload imagery, detailed descriptions, and SEO-optimized product listings to Shopify, Etsy, and 1st Dibs.
• Maintain and update the company website regularly.
• Design and send engaging weekly newsletters.
• Create compelling social media content, including reels, to showcase our inventory.
• Develop, implement, and refine store systems and processes for smooth daily operations.
• Apply SEO best practices during product listings to increase visibility on Google and Pinterest.
• Grow online sales through strategic SEO, targeted marketing, and innovative engagement tactics.
• Expand and maintain relationships with online and in-store clientele.
• Increase online exposure via social media, email marketing, and collaboration with platforms like Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, and more.
• Develop and execute new strategies to foster trust and community within our online presence.
• Collaborate with store staff and owner to maintain a positive, productive environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience working with Shopify (especially Shopify POS).
• Strong understanding of SEO, product listing strategies, and online marketing.
• Skilled in content creation, graphic design, and social media management across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and Yelp.
• Aesthetic sensibility and eye for fashion and design.
• Highly organized, efficient, and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of editing systems and tools for content creation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Upbeat, positive attitude with a passion for fashion and retail.

This is a part-time position, working during store hours 3 designated days /week (11 AM - 6 PM).
