E-Commerce Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a Shopify experienced and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to lead and take ownership of the e commerce department and drive revenue and profitability. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of e-commerce operations, digital marketing, and analytics, with a proven track record in optimizing online sales channels. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to enhance user experience, improve conversion rates, and implement effective marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and enhance customer engagement.
• Utilize SEO tools and techniques to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.
• Implement conversion optimization strategies to maximize the effectiveness of the online sales funnel.
• Manage product listings, online store merchandising, and mobile app merchandising and store updates.
• Analyze website performance using Google Analytics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on email marketing campaigns and marketing automation strategies.
• Conduct keyword research to inform content strategy and improve search engine rankings.
• Monitor industry trends in e-commerce and digital marketing to stay ahead of competitors.

Experience

• Proven experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing roles with a focus on performance marketing.
• Proficiency in SEO practices, conversion optimization techniques, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with Shopify
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling content that drives engagement.
• Experience in B2B marketing strategies is a plus.
