Marketing Manager

Objective:

The Marketing Manager is focused on driving restaurant revenue and brand awareness through various marketing channels. This involves developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media, creating engaging content, and analyzing results to optimize strategies. Collaboration with our franchisees to support and ensure a consistent brand message and build relationships within the greater Eggslut community.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with the restaurants overall business goals, considering factors like market trends, target audience, and competitive landscape.

Campaign Creation and Execution: Design, plan, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing (social media, email, SEO), print, and event marketing.

Content Creation: Develop engaging and high-quality content for different marketing platforms, such as social media posts, website copy, and email newsletters.

Social Media Management: Manage and grow the restaurants social media presence, including posting content, engaging with followers, and running targeted advertising campaigns.

Public Relations: Build relationships with local media outlets and influencers to generate positive press and increase brand visibility.

Performance Analysis: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), such as website traffic, social media engagement, and revenue, to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.

Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.

Franchisee Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our franchisee’s to ensure a cohesive brand experience.

Community Engagement: Build relationships with local community members and organizations to promote the restaurant and foster a sense of belonging.

Staying Up-to-Date: Keep abreast of the latest marketing trends, technologies, and strategies to stay competitive and innovative.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field Proven experience in restaurant marketing or the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, social media, and email marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Passion for the restaurant industry and food & beverage.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: From $36,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Los Angeles, CA 90013
