About the Role:

We are looking to hire an experienced Paid Ads Strategist on a contractor basis (hybrid but predominantly remote). This role is a key, foundational hire - you’ll partner directly with the founder, Ian Nelson, to shape strategy, define processes, and execute high-impact campaigns.

This role is not for beginners. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a high-expectation, fast-paced, and results-driven environment; someone who can deliver both strategic insight and hands-on execution; and someone who has proven experience managing complex campaigns end-to-end with measurable ROI.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, build, and manage paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop and optimize custom landing pages on clients’ websites (not third-party platforms) to maximize conversion.
  • Implement tracking, attribution, and CRM integrations using leading platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Clio, etc.
  • Collaborate on budget allocation and scaling strategies.
  • Deliver weekly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Continuously test, iterate, and optimize campaigns by analyzing CPA, CPC, CPL, ROAS, while refining audience targeting to deliver qualified leads (MQLs and SQLs)

What We’re Looking For:

  • Someone with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong expertise in Meta Ads + Google Ads (LinkedIn a plus).
  • Proven track record running paid media campaigns with measurable ROI, managing budgets from $1K–$100K per month, and the ability to scale campaigns up to $500K+ per month (please be ready to share case studies/results).
  • Hands-on ability to manage both big picture strategy and detailed execution.
  • Experience with landing page optimization/creation.
  • Deep understanding of tracking, analytics, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and reliability in a mostly remote/partly hybrid collaboration setup.
  • Not interested in applicants with only surface-level experience (e.g., boosting posts on IG).

Compensation

  • $6,000.00 –$10,000.00/month retainer (contractor role, based on experience and scope).
  • Flexible, mostly remote, and collaborative environment.
  • Work directly with the founder - high visibility and impact.
  • Foundational position with a high ceiling - plenty of room to grow, take on more responsibility, and significantly increase compensation over time.
