Through expert repairs, precise quality control, and attentive client service, the In-Store Technician ensures each piece entrusted to their care receives the highest level of attention and expertise.
Job responsibilities Execute High-Quality Repairs & Maintenance
- Conduct repairs, resizing, cleaning, and maintenance on products, ensuring brand standards and craftsmanship are upheld. This includes diagnosing issues, providing accurate estimates, and completing repairs within established timeframes.
- Inspect completed repairs for quality check and adherence to brand standards before delivery to clients.
Manage Workshop Operations & Inventory
- Maintain organized inventory of tools, parts, and supplies necessary for repairs and maintenance. Track and report usage of materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure workshop environment, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
Work Collaboratively with Store team
- Work collaboratively with Client Advisors and CARE Administrator to provide seamless CARE service and ensure client satisfaction.
Show interest in discovering new techniques and acquire new skills
- Stay up to date with industry best practices, new techniques, and advancements in repair and maintenance through training and self-development.
