IN Support Analyst.Revenue Management & Broadband

Job Purpose

Intelligent Network Operations Team member main task is to ensure smooth operations of the Charging nodes. The Job holder will be responsible to maintain/monitor the charging system and IN nodes and ensure availability 99.999% of the vital systems.

Report To Position Name

Proper handling for external customer complaints and internal custmer mails Conduct regular feedback session to highlight the customer chronic concerns and areas of enhancements Ensure smooth operations and quality of new deployments to ensure high stability ( Minimize downtime / service hazards ) Develop/enhance processes for speed recovery of outages/leakages Deliver new tools/processes to enhance /minimize the risk of failure during changes Escalation for incidents and major problems to Team Leader as per agreed process Successful Support and operation for ALL IN and billing NODES and newly introduced nodes as per agreed process KPIs Ensure 99.9% availability for IN & billing nodes On call availability and promptly response outside working hours Change requests and quality improvements

QUALIFICATIONS_ESSENTIAL

University Degree in Electrical Engineering / Telecommunication Engineering / Computer Science / Computer Engineering

QUALIFICATIONS_DESIRABLE

Cooperative in a team work environment - Flexible and responsive - Working Under Pressure

EXPERIENCE_ESSENTIAL

Minimum 2 years Experience

EXPERIENCE_DESIRABLE

- Basic Knowledge about communications concepts (Transmission, Signaling protocols specially SS7 protocol,…etc ) - Basic knowledge about Intelligent Networks and Core Networks - Basic Knowledge about Networks (IP networks, GSM Networks, .. ) - Basic Knowledge about Operating systems (UNIX, LINUX,…. ) - Basic knowledge about SQL fundamentals
