We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inbound and Outbound Call Center Executive to join our growing UK call center operations. This role is ideal for professionals with strong communication skills and experience in UK customer service, telemarketing, lead generation, and sales support.

As a Call Center Executive, you will handle inbound customer calls and make outbound calls to UK clients, providing exceptional service while achieving performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound calls from UK customers, addressing inquiries, complaints, and service requests
  • Conduct outbound calls to UK leads and existing customers for sales, follow-ups, and customer retention
  • Deliver high-quality UK customer support and call handling services
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Meet and exceed call center KPIs, including conversion rates and customer satisfaction
  • Follow UK compliance and call center quality standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an Inbound and Outbound Call Center (UK process preferred)
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Familiarity with UK accents, time zones, and customer expectations
  • Experience with telemarketing, cold calling, and customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced UK call center environment
