Inbound Booking Agent (Call Center) – College HUNKS Carrollton (DFW)

Pay: $15 hourly base + commission (commission paid after the job is completed)
Schedule: Full-time (must be able to work some evenings/weekends)
Location: Carrollton, TX (DFW) – On-site

College HUNKS Hauling Junk & Moving (Carrollton/DFW) is hiring an Inbound Booking Agent who loves talking to people and turning inbound leads into scheduled jobs. If you’re naturally conversational, quick on a computer, and want a role where you can be yourself on the phone—this is for you.

No cold calling. You’ll work with customers who already reached out and need help with moving or junk removal.
No scripted conversations. You can use your personality and build rapport with a prospect and we don't measure handle times.

What You’ll Do:

• Answer inbound calls and provide a “WOW” customer experience job
• Follow up by phone/text/email with customers who requested info to finalize and schedule jobs
• Ask smart questions, recommend the right service options, and book viable jobs
• Accurately document call notes and details so operations can deliver a smooth job
• Represent the brand positively with every customer interaction

What We’re Looking For:

Must-haves

• Confident, friendly communicator (you can connect with anyone)
• Tech-savvy: comfortable switching between systems, typing notes, and staying organized
• Can handle a fast-paced environment with interruptions
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Nice-to-haves

• Prior call center and/or customer-facing phone experience
• Inside sales, scheduling, dispatch, home services, moving/junk industry experience
• Strong objection-handling while staying helpful and human

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
