• Maintain excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills to understand customer needs thoroughly
• Support outbound calling efforts when needed to follow up on customer requests or gather feedback
• Document all interactions accurately in the system, ensuring clarity and completeness for future reference

Experience

• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse client bases
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills
• Experience with data entry, typing, and handling cash transactions is advantageous
• Knowledge of sales techniques and client services strategies enhances effectiveness in this role
• Ability to handle multiple calls efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure

Pay: $24.60 - $28.43 per hour
