Brand Republic is seeking a confident and customer-focused Inbound Call Sales Specialist to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, understanding client requirements, providing accurate service information, and converting inquiries into successful sales opportunities.

This role is best suited for individuals with excellent spoken English, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to build rapport and close sales over the phone.

• Position: Inbound Call Sales Specialist
• Location: P.E.C.H.S Block 06, Karachi
• Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
• Job Type: Full-Time (On-Site)
• Experience Required: 1–2 Years (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services
• Convert incoming inquiries into sales opportunities
• Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
• Address customer questions, concerns, and objections effectively
• Follow up on inquiries to maximize conversion rates
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Inbound Sales, Call Center Sales, Customer Service, Tele-Sales, or Customer Support
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus
• Experience handling international customers will be considered an advantage
