Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inbound Limousine Dispatcher to manage incoming calls and coordinate luxury transportation services in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, responsible for handling bookings, managing driver schedules, and ensuring smooth operations of inbound ride requests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all inbound calls, emails, and booking requests from customers with a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
• Dispatch chauffeurs to scheduled pickups and monitor job progress in real-time.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date trip information in dispatching software.
• Communicate clearly with drivers regarding pickup details, traffic delays, or changes in assignments.
• Ensure timely coordination between customers, drivers, and customer service teams.
• Monitor flights (if applicable) to adjust pickup times for airport transfers.
• Resolve service issues or last-minute changes efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Maintain logs and documentation of trips, driver status, and incidents.
• Adhere to company safety, privacy, and operational protocols at all times.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
• Previous experience in dispatching, transportation, or customer service preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Proficiency with dispatch software, GPS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, or holidays, if required.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Experience in limousine, shuttle, CAB or luxury transportation industry.
• Familiarity with local geography, traffic patterns, and airport procedures.
• English proficiency is an advantage.

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
