We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Inbound Limousine Dispatcher to manage incoming client requests and coordinate luxury transportation services efficiently and professionally. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients, responsible for booking management, driver scheduling, and ensuring seamless operations for all inbound ride requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally handle all inbound calls, emails, and booking requests from customers.
  • Dispatch chauffeurs for scheduled pickups and monitor assignments in real-time.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date trip information within dispatching software.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers regarding pickup details, traffic delays, or assignment changes.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between customers, drivers, and customer service teams.
  • Monitor flights (where applicable) to adjust airport transfer schedules.
  • Resolve service issues or last-minute changes efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed logs and documentation of trips, driver status, and incidents.
  • Comply with all company safety, privacy, and operational protocols.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in dispatching, transportation, or customer service preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with dispatch software, GPS systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience in limousine, or luxury transportation industries.
  • Familiarity with local geography, traffic patterns, and airport procedures.
  • Proficiency in English is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
