Job Overview

ATU Logistics is looking for a proactive and skilled Recruitment Executive to manage the full recruitment cycle and support talent acquisition across all departments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding talent—particularly for roles in logistics, operations, dispatching, customer support, and sales. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a hybrid work setting.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for all company roles, including call center agents, dispatchers, sales representatives, logistics staff, and administrative positions.

Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, talent databases, and professional networks.

Conduct initial screening calls, shortlist suitable profiles, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for high-demand positions.

Create, update, and post job descriptions on recruitment platforms and social channels.

Conduct background verification, document checks, and handle pre-employment formalities.

Assist with onboarding activities including documentation, orientation, and coordination with HR Operations.

Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment dashboards.

Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.

Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Support HR initiatives such as employee engagement, performance tracking, and policy implementation when required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR coordination, or hiring for logistics/BPO/call center roles.

Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written).

Proficiency in ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and MS Office.

Strong interviewing, screening, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage high-volume recruitment.

Professional, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information.

Preferred Skills

Experience hiring for logistics operations, dispatch teams, customer support, outbound sales, warehouse staff, or BPO campaigns.

Understanding of recruitment metrics, talent assessment methods, and HR documentation.

Familiarity with modern sourcing strategies and candidate engagement practices.
