About the Position

Live Support is a global Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company dedicated to providing high-quality customer support services. We are seeking motivated Customer Support Executives to handle inbound support for international clients across multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer queries via calls, live chat, and email in a professional manner
• Assist customers with account-related issues and basic technical concerns
• Identify problems, troubleshoot effectively, and provide accurate solutions
• Create, update, and manage helpdesk tickets and knowledge base documentation
• Maintain service quality standards and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support (mandatory)
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
• Basic technical knowledge with a willingness to learn new systems
• Previous experience in e-commerce is an advantage
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented approach
• Ability to work during night shifts

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary based on experience and performance
