Job Description: Inbound Lead Coordinator (Real Estate)Location: Lahore, PakistanEmployment Type: Full-Time – In office

We are seeking a dynamic Inbound Lead Coordinator to manage and convert inbound leads for high-rise real estate projects in Lahore. The ideal candidate will engage potential clients, understand their needs, and drive sales through effective communication and follow-up. This role requires a deep understanding of Lahore’s real estate market, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a track record of meeting sales targets.

· Promptly contact inbound leads via phone, email, or WhatsApp to qualify interest.

· Provide detailed information about project features, pricing, payment plans, and timelines.

· Understand client requirements and recommend suitable high-rise units.

· Address objections and nurture leads through follow-ups to conversion.

· Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM system.

· Prepare weekly/monthly reports on lead conversion rates and pipeline status.

· Schedule site visits and meetings with senior sales advisors for high-potential clients.

Qualifications

· Minimum 1 year in real estate sales/project coordination (high-rise experience preferred).

· Fluent in English and Urdu (written and spoken).

· Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office.

· Knowledge of Lahore’s real estate market, legal processes, and buyer preferences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
