Sales & Marketing Operations Trainee

Arsh Industries is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Operations Trainee to join our Lahore team. The selected candidate will assist in sales coordination, marketing activities, customer communication, and daily operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience to start their career in sales and marketing within a growing industrial company.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in order booking, invoicing, and dispatch coordination.
• Maintain sales, stock, and dispatch reports.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for timely deliveries.
• Communicate with distributors and sale team for smooth operations.
• Support performance tracking and sales data analysis.
• Contribute ideas for brand visibility and market growth.
• Assist in digital marketing tasks (social media updates, product promotions, etc.)

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce & Marketing.
• Experience: Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience in sales, logistics, or operations.
• Skills:
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong command of MS Excel and basic reporting.
• Organized, responsible, and eager to learn.
