PA – Business Apprentice (Founder’s Office)

About the Role

This isn’t a typical PA job. It’s a hybrid assistant + apprentice position where you’ll work directly with a business founder. You’ll assist with workflows, data, and marketing while getting a front-row seat to real business decision-making, mind-mapping, action planning, and project execution.

What You’ll Do

• Data Entry & Management: Keep business data, tasks, and reports clean, accurate, and well-structured.
• Documentation & Organization: Maintain project files, reports, and trackers for easy access and continuity.
• Marketing Support: Assist with campaigns, research, basic content coordination, and reporting.
• Business Learning: Shadow workflows to understand how decisions are made and executed.
• Mind Mapping & Action Flows: Help build and maintain strategy maps, SOPs, and project flows.
• IoT Awareness: Get trained and contribute to IoT-related initiatives and product experiments.
• Time Management: Track workflows, deadlines, and deliverables to keep projects moving.

Requirements

• Ability to commute to Johar Town, Lahore (or plans to relocate before starting).
• Education: Intermediate (preferred) or higher.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, documents, and task tools (e.g., Google Sheets/Docs, Notion/Trello/Asana).
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
• Eagerness to learn quickly and take initiative in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Good written and verbal communication.

Nice to Have (Plus Points)

• Basic familiarity with marketing tools (email, social, analytics) or IoT concepts.
• Experience creating SOPs, checklists, or dashboards.
• Prior internship or project work in ops, marketing, or data.

Work Setup

• Schedule: On-site, standard business hours (some flexibility as needed for projects).
• Compensation: Competitive; based on role track (full-time/contract/internship) and experience.
• Work Location: In person, Johar Town, Lahore.

Pay: Rs15,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
