Supply Chain Associate

Role Overview

As a Supply Chain Associate, you will support our operations team by managing inventory levels, coordinating shipments, and ensuring smooth fulfillment processes across Amazon FBA and FBM channels. You will work with suppliers, 3PLs, and internal teams to prevent stockouts, minimize excess inventory, and keep our supply chain efficient and cost-effective.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and create restock plans using Amazon’s inventory planning tools (FBA Dashboard, Restock Recommendations, etc.).
• Coordinate purchase orders, lead times, and shipment schedules with suppliers and freight forwarders.
• Track shipments from production through delivery to Amazon fulfillment centers or 3PL warehouses.
• Prepare and submit shipping plans, carton labels, and FBA compliance documents.
• Maintain SKU-level inventory trackers and report on stock health, inventory performance index (IPI), and storage fees.
• Work closely with the PPC and account management teams to forecast demand and align supply with sales trends.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, stranded inventory issues, and shipment problems.
• Analyze logistics costs and suggest optimizations for freight, storage, and fulfillment.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in supply chain, inventory management, or e-commerce operations (Amazon FBA experience preferred).
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, inventory reports, and FBA/FBM workflows.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data tracking and reporting.
• Good understanding of Incoterms (FOB, CIF, DDP) and international shipping basics.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with suppliers, 3PLs, and internal teams.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
